Our Response to COVID-19
Dear valued customer,

On behalf of U.S. Tower, I would like to send our wishes for your continued safety and health as we navigate the COVID-19 global situation together. We recognize the challenges our industry is facing, and I want to share some of the actions we are taking to ensure the safety and health of our employees, customers, and communities.

Continuing to safely support our customers and their business during this time is a priority, so we have implemented the following measures:

  *   Our employees have been equipped with everything they need to effectively work from home, so we can continue to deliver high-quality service.
  *   Access to all American Tower leased, managed, or owned properties has been restricted to essential deployments only. Also, please recognize that certain properties may have additional access restrictions or closures that are beyond the control of American Tower.
  *   We are prepared to act on emergency customer installations and will work through the proper channels to ensure efficient emergency installations.
  *   Our Network Operations Center (NOC) remains fully functional, monitoring our assets via remote operations, responding to critical events, and providing phone support 24/7 at 877-518-6937.
  *   Our field teams are adhering to social distancing and stay-at-home guidelines, while performing all essential activities to ensure our customers have safe access to our assets.
  *   Our services personnel are continuing to actively manage their projects, subject to limitations placed on them by jurisdictional availability.

We will continue monitoring the evolving situation and will provide further updates in the coming days and weeks. American Tower is committed to keeping our employees and customers safe, while providing the support you need to run your business effectively.
