[Cougar] Site Access

I have a project I'd like to work on at the ATC 6602 Building tomorrow - 

 

After Alex and Rob were only able to get up the West Tiger Road just over 2
miles with Robs chained up Jeep.

I'm concerned about being able to drive up Cougar.  

 

Any road reports would be appreciated.
