As of 12:30pm today:  Cougar is plowed, bare & wet past the lower gate - to the driveway of the house on the right.  Compacted wet snow from there to the upper gate.  Snow is about 5"-8"  deep as suspected. The slushy, heavy snow is passable w/ 4wd to the green ATC building. A few small branches are down here and there, but nothing blocking roads.
