[Cougar] Power Outage

Just spoke with Greg Barnes .He said there are multiple bucket trucks near
where you turn right onto Cougar Mt Drive.

Perhaps a planned outage ?

There were two guys I don't recognize in our building looking inside the
fire control panel just before the outage... see attached...
