[Cougar] power outage

This is a planned outage - Here’s the info I received last week about it…

We will be having a planned power outage in your area on 173RD Ave SE in Bellevue WA that will affect some Ratelco Properties on 2/2 and 2/3. I have separated what dates what addresses will be affected below.

2/2 for up to 3 hours between 8am-4pm: This will affect 6501 173RD Ave SE In Bellevue
2/3 for up to 6 hours between 8am-4pm: This will affect 6720, 6512, & 6708 173RD Ave SE in Bellevue

Please inform anyone that occupies these addresses of the planned power outages.

The power dumped at Cougar around 2 pm.  It's on the PSE outage map with 51 customers impacted.  No estimate on restoration time yet.
