[Cougar] power issues?

Hey Shawn  -

 

Do you have an ATS associated with that UPS? 

 

I learned a powerful lesson a few years back ….

                UPS’s all fail ….It’s a matter of time

 

Since then I have installed an ATS with every UPS.

At first I used Pullizzi, now they are part of Eaton.

 

With these, the UPS failure does not take down  your rack of equipment, 

It simply transfers the load to commercial mains.    I like to have my 

Remote control tell me the UPS has failed, thus saving a lot of travel.

Thanks all, it appears we had a single rack UPS power down for no known reason; we're planning an upgrade at this time.

Is anyone else having issues up on cougar?  All of the SNOVARC systems in E are offline, and I'll be driving up soon, but I figured it be worth asking before I made the trip
