The designed circuits people seem to be more functional, but the problem is they rely on the rest of the infrastructure, which is on the ground, sawed in two, or wet. I bet the bean counters don't want to spend money on anything copper.

Century Link has, apparently, quit repairing them, leaving them on the ground to be driven over
IHM, and KING-FM are now on Comcast Fiber
