Yup. Another Monday and another round of cable cutting.  Right at the last splice.  Seems like they are just working their way down the hill.  This is 3x in 3 months.  Nothing stays up for more than a weekend once it gets fixed. Just thought I'd share.  The did cut the lower fiber line.  They really need to catch this guy or they might get up to the Comcast fiber one of these times.
