Hi Stephen,

HAARP is having an open house for the public on August 27, 2022.
Everything will be opened up and on display, and many scientists will be 
there to describe the experiments being conducted and sharing 
experimental data.
Tours of all systems at the HAARP site will be conducted, including the 
huge 180 tower and 180 transmitter array.
A free pre-registration may be required.
