This Wednesday, October 7, at 10:20 am, FEMA will launch a National EAS test message for Alaska. This is in preparation for the full nationwide test in November. This is EAS only, no WEA, which for those of you unfamiliar with the terminology means no cell
 phone notification. This test replaces our normal monthly test .</div>
