[SBE16-Board] earl Fleehart

Board  It is with deep regret that I have to announce the passing of Earl Fleehart on Oct, 12 2019.  His daughter called me this morning,  he passed from natural causes and will be missed.  There is a memorial service on December 14th for him.  I invited his daughter to the christmas dinner but its on the same day so that won't work.   

Caleb and Jim Dalke please make sure this notice gets into the next wave guide.   Thank you.
