I am proposing a paper presentation at NAB 2020 BEIT in April, and would
like to present it at the April 8 meeting.

NAB is a week later.

I won't know for certain if the my proposal will be accepted until December.

I will buy pizza as well if that works out.

Ron Veerman from Evertz will be presenting February 12th, 2020. He will be
covering 4k/UHD/12g and video over IP. 

 

Nick Vanhaaster from Gates will be covering March. I'm hoping he can cover
ATSC 3.0.

 

I spoke with Erik Swanson at Hadfield and Dawson and he'll be covering the
repack in November's meeting.

 

Tonight's class has no RSVP's. I'm going to watch the webinar, but it looks
like a bust project. For ATSC 3.0 webinars, I'll have to try something
better.

 

I'm looking into January for something radio related. What's the hot topic
these days? I'm thinking of doing some studio stuff.
