[SBE16-Board] March Meeting

We have Nick VanHaaster from GatesAir coming out to discuss ATSC 3.0 and
their latest gear. They will be providing lunches. I think we should open
up the RSVP ASAP and state that if we have more than 10-12 attendees on the
list by Monday we will do box lunches, otherwise we'll do pizza. We had a
lot of leftover lunches from the last meeting. Let me know what you think.
