[SBE16-Board] [SBE16-Seattle] Travel Alert for Washington Broadcast Engineers During COVID-19!

I have a cisco 7937 that I can use, although I'm not sure what the maximum
number of dial ins is configured for. I'll figure that out before our board
meeting.
