[SBE16-Board] Picnic Prep

Figured that I’d grab food and soda, water as in past.  I have the Chapter debit card so an easy chore.
I’ll stop at Costco Saturday morning for food, utensils, cups, ice, etc.

Questions regarding food for the picnic this Saturday @ Chez Spring ...

Who is picking up the food, picnic-ware, etc?
- Did I volunteer in place of Jim this year?
- Is it most convenient for Terry to do this?

Do I need to bring  my 10x10 canopy, games, folding table?

Do we need to bring our own folding chairs as usual?
