The hard cost for the room is a minimum of $2400 up top 50 guests, $48/head after that. $2400.00 + 18% tip is $432.00 totals to $2832.00
So far I’ve received $150.00 from Inovonics. I’ll check the PO Box this afternoon.
So let’s guess 30 guests at $30/head. That’s $900, + $150 from Inovonics so $1050.00.
Leaves us at $2832.00 minus $1050 = $1782 out of pocket.
