I am missing some attendance records, but they maybe extracted from the online meeting recordings.

Dear Alexander:

 

The time is fast approaching when all SBE chapters need to have their materials turned in to the SBE National Office to qualify for the annual Chapter Rebate that will be mailed to chapters next June.

 

As of today, we have received zero (0) reports from Chapter 16.

 

To be eligible for this rebate, your chapter must have held a minimum of five (5) meetings from January 1 to December 31, 2021. You may submit meeting minutes, newsletters or other documentation showing evidence of these meetings; however, it would also be helpful to include a brief description of each meeting and an attendance list. (Notices of upcoming meetings should not be substituted for meeting reports.)

 

The deadline to submit materials for the Chapter Rebate program is Saturday, January 15, 2022. The documents may be mailed to the National Office at 9102 North Meridian Street, Suite 150, Indianapolis, IN 46260; faxed to (317) 846-9120 or e-mailed to Database Manager Scott Jones at  <mailto:kjones at sbe.org> kjones at sbe.org. Forms are available at the SBE website, on the Chapter Administration page.

 

Chapter Rebates aren’t the only thing affected by the submission of meeting reports. The Chapter Award for Highest Member Attendance is based on attendance sheets that record all in attendance and their member status.
