Hi my name is David Plummer with Ivar’s Salmon House. We have a banquet menu set up already for the event and I would like to make sure that it’s what you would like for the Event. Also curious about alcohol and whether it will be hosted, partially hosted, or not hosted. Curious about a rough or estimated timeline such as guest arrival/social at 5pm, apps opened at 530 buffet served at 6 etc. Will you like a A/V cart and screen?
