I didn't know about the radio simulcasts, but with ATSC 3.0, bandwidth is bandwidth. Transmitting IP data OTA is going to change a lot of business models (if the tech companies and consumers bite.) We've been on ATSC 3.0 since December. We are currently channel sharing with KUNS on both of our QA transmitters. Pretty cool stuff. I have class tonight at 6:30PM, but I can call in for a bit to discuss anything I know. Here's a little cheat sheet I made for NextGenTV.

HUNT VALLEY, Md.—It may be a little early for SiriusXM and radio broadcasters to get worried, but they might want to take a close look at what Sinclair Broadcast Group will be doing two weeks from now in Seattle.
That’s the targeted launch date for the ATSC 3.0 over-the-air delivery of four Sinclair radio stations in the market as part of its STIRR XT digital audio service. OTA simulcasts of KVI, KOMO, KOMO-FM and KPLZ-FM will complement 15 digital audio channels already being delivered over the top as part of STIRR XT.
