Mike Brooks is in charge of the zoom invitations, usually a day ahead, and
starts the zoom meeting at or shortly before noon.

Dave Ratener calls the meeting to order and has a brief business meeting
before your presentation.

Alex is the program organizer and I don't know of there is anything else
significant on the program.

I will forward this to board for their comments.

A couple of questions - 

 

1 - I assume we will be receiving a link that will be our invitation to join
the Zoom meeting?

 

2-  What time does the Zoom Link become active (Prior to the Meeting?)

 

3-  When does the meeting start?

 

4 - What time will my presentation start?
