[SBE16-Board] SBE February exam details

Board,

We have a certification exam for a Certified Senior Television Engineer in
February. Since I'm not at that level of certification, I cannot proctor
the exam. Would any board members be able to stand in for me? I have not
contacted Pat for scheduling, yet.
