Mike Brooks is in charge of the zoom invitations, usually a day ahead, and starts the zoom meeting at or shortly before noon.

Dave Ratener calls the meeting to order and has a brief business meeting before your presentation.

Alex is the program organizer and I don’t know of there is anything else significant on the program.
