[SBE16-Board] Election Prep

Here's the board election candidate list as it stands today.

Chair - Alex
Vice Chair - ??
Secretary - ??
Treasurer - Mike
Dir 1 - Jon
Dir 2 - Dave

This is a bit behind our traditional schedule, but I'd like to open
the voting on July 15.

If we can't fill the two open slots, I propose that we allow for write-ins
with the following stipulations:
1) Open positions will be appointed by the board
2) Write-ins must meet qualifications and be agreeable to the appointment.
3) If more than one write-in qualifies and accepts, the board will vote to
select.
