[SBE16-Board] tonights board meeting

Since we weren't able to have the board meeting on Monday or Tuesday of this week, I am going to start off the luncheon meeting tomorrow with the board meeting and then immediately go into the luncheon meeting,  we should only be delayed a by about 10 minutes or so.
