[SBE16-Board] SBE Picnic

For the first time in at least a decade, I missed the chapter picnic.

I had to work on a major broadcast project that is near completion and I
will share with the group in the future.

I would like to post a summary on the chapter website, so please send me
your impressions and details.

I particularly would like to know how many were there and if there was a
Vashon transmitter tour.
