[SBE16-Board] Picnic 2022 Report

Here is what I am going to post tomorrow regarding the chapter picnic.

Let me know if I need to add anything like what was discussed during the
business meeting and the prizes that may have been awarded.

After a four-year hiatus due to Covid restrictions, the Annual SBE Chapter
16 picnic returned to the historic KIRO-AM transmitter site on Vashon Island
on Saturday, July 23rd.  

The festivities began at noon with food, comradery and fun for chapter
members, family & friends.  

The event began with a brief chapter meeting conducted by Chapter Chair Alex
Brewster.

Cool beverages were provided by Hatfield and Dawson Engineers.

More than 25 people attended the event and some remained after the main
festivities for a Vashon Island transmitter tour.
