[SBE16-Board] Banquet Request 5.11

That would be a good idea. In the mean time, I will confirm the 5/11 reservation with OSF. 

In the past, we have requested a choice of soup or salad, served table side and the buffet included 3 dishes{ Meatballs, Meat Sauce, and I think Alfredo if I remember correctly.
