A summary of my conversation with Ivar’s Salmon House September 13, 2022:

Our only obligation is a food and beverage minimum, which for the Potlatch Room is $2400 for dinner.

Attached is the menu they furnished (primary interest is the Banquet Dinner Buffets starting on page 15).

May need to confirm, but as I understand, the H&D Bar bill will apply to the $2400 minimum

Do we know what H&D paid last year?

Who did the contract last year?
