Somehow, your email got missed so this tardy reply.

We want to reserve on Saturday, December 17.

Your email says December 16th, so hopefully we have the facility reserved for Saturday.

Jim,

 

Thank you for thinking of us again!  We do have availability on Saturday, December 16th and I have reserved if for your group.  As you may recall, there are no room rental fees, but rather a food and beverage minimum that need be met, which for the Potlatch room is $2400 for dinner.

 

Attached please find our current banquet menus.  Please let us know if we may answer any questions for you regarding menu or services.

I am contacting you to see if the Seattle Chapter of the Society of Broadcast Engineers could schedule our Christmas Party this year, preferably Saturday evening, December 17.

We anticipate 40 to 50 members and friends for this year’s event.

We have had great experience with the Salmon House in the last several years and look forward to the possibility of celebrating the event at Ivar’s again this year.
