Michael,

 

Sounds great, we can make that happen! Regarding the 4:45 start time, our
system only allows 30 minute increments, so the contract is going to say
4:30 rather than 4:45 pm.

 

We'll get you set for the Muckleshoot buffet!

 

You will have all of our AV equipment in the room, along with two 6' display
tables against the back wall, and one 6' table as a registration table.

 

The contract should be over to you shortly!

Hi Zachary,

 

Mike Brooks of the Seattle Society of Broadcast Engineers. I am reaching out
to you to see if we might make some changes to our reservation of the
Potlatch Room for Saturday December 16th at 5:30pm. Our crew would like to
begin setup at 4:45pm.

 

I would like to request the Muckleshoot menu with mashed potatoes as the
chosen starch.

Also checking to see if we can confirm use of the room's PA system, mic,
podium and video screen/projector.

 

Additionally, may we add two 6 foot tables at the front of the room to
display door prizes and one table at the entrance for door check-ins?

 

Once in your system would you be able to provide a written copy of our
contract?
