[SBE16-Board] SBE Chapter 16 board member prospect

Brian attended one of our luncheons at Round Table Pizza recently and, after
the meeting, expressed to me a strong interest in joining our chapter board.

With elections soon approaching, we need to contact him and get him on the
ballot.
