[SBE16-Board] Picnic Update

Here is the latest RSVP list.

It is a little frustrating because those that respond directly to
picnicrsvp at sbe16.org <mailto:picnicrsvp at sbe16.org>  go into a special folder
in my email system.

If I get an RSVP addressed to any other address, I have to manually forward
it to keep track of them.

A couple of months ago Betty and I were going to have a big barbeque at our
house, but it got cancelled.

Meanwhile we have three cases of soft drinks (almost a 100 cans) we would
like to contribute to the picnic.

I also have secured a place on Vason Island for Jim Hatfield Friday night
before the picnic to make his visit a little easier.

My health is holding up for now, so I will continue to provide help and
organization as Vice Chair as long as I can.
