I just talked with Jim Hatfield and he is coming down from his place near
Anacortes to do his history presentation.

He said something about the long trip for him, so I offered to pay for his
Friday night (July 12)stay at a hotel on Vashon.

I am checking that out now.

Gents,

   I just got word that Nautel is in for $300 to help on the food bill for
the picnic.  BSW is already in for $300, so that puts us at $600 so far.
I'm thinking I want to find another $600 from sponsors.  I have extended
invites to the Pacific Northwest IEEE chapter and the local ham club on the
island.
