Lark Hadley is the Regional Director, Region Three, FCC Enforcement 
Bureau. Before coming to the FCC over 7 years ago, Lark was a 
broadcaster for nearly 40 years, most recently as Executive Vice 
President and Chief Technology Officer for radio Premiere 
Networks/iHeart - based in Los Angeles. His formal education includes 
BSEE, MBA, and PE registration. Up until recently he was the Chair/LECC 
LA County (EAS), and remains an active Reserve Deputy with the LA County 
Sheriff’s Department.

Lark's presentation will be a discussion and demonstration of new FCC 
complaint portal.
