[SBE16-Board] Ennis Facility Status

Nothing new to report. Apparently not just the students are on spring break
- go figure. I have yet to get confirmation of the exact cost and other
details. The official request was submitted and acknowledged several weeks
ago. I do have verbal confirmation of the date, time & location.
