I have attached your BEO for you to review, I copied and pasted the notes from your previous event last year and added the new rate for the Muckleshoot buffet, please let me know if we need to make any adjustments. Last year we had 40 guests and this year since this will be on a Sunday, the restaurant does close at 8:00 PM. Let me know if you would like to have the event start at 4:00 instead of 5:00.

Unfortunately, our Potlach room is unavailable, December 12th, 2026. If you are flexible in your date we have December 4th, 7th, 14th, 16th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 26th, 27th, and 28th available.

I have attached our current banquet menu, and we still offer the Muckleshoot Buffet, pricing has increased to $60 per person. Please let me know if any of the above dates would work for you and your group.
