Good news on Insurance. I was able to work some "magic" (as in FM?) and insurance is NOT required for our meeting.

June 23 looks open and likely to cost roughly $800. Since the usage fees are per hour, this assumes a full 8 hrs for both field and indoors. I'll go ahead and submit the request form to lock in the date so we can nail down the details & day-schedule. I'll 'front' the $20 booking fee.
