[SBE16-Board] SBE Picnic

Hi Steven,

Wanted to touch base with you and see if you/Bonneville are OK with once again hosting the annual SBE Chapter 16 picnic at the KIRO AM transmitter site.
The date for this year would be Saturday July 25th with the usual start time of 12-noon and setup to begin about an hour prior depending on Ferry sked.
