As announced last month, they will be mailed to the chapter treasurer, as long as we have a record of one at the national office. Otherwise, they will be mailed to the chapter chair. To qualify, chapters were to have met at least five times in 2018 and submitted meeting reports and/or attendance sheets to the national office for those meetings.
