<p class="x_MsoNormal">Mike Brooks is in charge of the zoom invitations, usually a day ahead, and starts the zoom meeting at or shortly before noon.</p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal">Dave Ratener calls the meeting to order and has a brief business meeting before your presentation.</p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal">Alex is the program organizer and I don’t know of there is anything else significant on the program.</p>
