style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto" class="MsoNormal"><i><span style="color:#C00000">After a four-year hiatus due to Covid restrictions, the Annual SBE Chapter 16 picnic returned to the historic KIRO-AM transmitter site on Vashon Island on Saturday, July 23rd. </span></i></p><p style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto" class="MsoNormal"><i><span style="color:#C00000">The festivities began at noon with food, comradery and fun for chapter members, family & friends. </span></i></p><p style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto" class="MsoNormal"><i><span style="color:#C00000">The event began with a brief chapter meeting conducted by Chapter Chair Alex Brewster.</span></i></p><p style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto" class="MsoNormal"><i><span style="color:#C00000">Cool beverages were provided by Hatfield and Dawson Engineers.</span></i></p><p style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto" class="MsoNormal"><i><span style="color:#C00000">More than 25 people attended the event and some remained after the main festivities for a Vashon Island transmitter tour.</span></i></p><p style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto" class="MsoNormal"><i><span style="color:#C00000">Thanks to Al Freedman, chapter
