He is a Senior Member of the SBE with CPBE and CBNT certifications and has served as Chief Engineer for Salem Media Seattle and Hubbard Radio Seattle.</span></i></p><p class="yiv8446661594MsoNormal"><i><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Dave is also serving on the SBE National Board of Directors.
