[SBE16-Seattle] FCC EAS Action

This recent FCC action should serve as a warning to all stations that are
assuming the FCC is not enforcing what a station monitors for EAS.

 

Many assume that you can just be connected to FEMA/IPAWS or some other
source that you might have selected.     

This station found out the hard-way that Monitoring assignments are to be
followed !

apparently not monitoring the assigned LP-1 and LP-2. The station is in
recievership, but the EAS monitoring must go on!
