As you all probably know.We have a team that guides our EAS program in
Washington State.

That team, known as the SECC, has a committee that is working to revise our
EAS Plan.



Our goal with both of these groups is to have representatives from the
various 

EAS participants to insure that the interests of all is incorporated.



We have representatives from Radio and Cable.However we have no 

representation from Television.     This presents some interesting
challenges.

Are we to assume that everything we do with EAS meets the approval of the 

TV stations in this area?    Can we assume that every decision we will make
in 

The future has your complete support?



Is there anything, short of having our meetings across the street from your 

Station, that we can do to get you to participate?
