Does KELA/KMNT have an SRn (155.475 MHz) receiver connected to their EAS
Equipment?

If so, have you verified that it is operational?

Very helpful report - We have just begun to dig into this issue.
It WILL be an agenda item at the Jan 14 SECC Meeting
