[SBE16-Seattle] Travel Alert for Washington Broadcast Engineers During COVID-19!

 The BRE program is fantastic, but it isn't applicable in the present
situation.  All media staff, including engineers, studio operations, and
journalists, are classified as essential workers in the governor's order.
