 I saw the governor's news conference about this,, he specifically stated that the media was critical in helping get information out to the public. The BRE program is fantastic, but it isn't applicable in the present 
situation.  All media staff, including engineers, studio operations, and
 journalists, are classified as essential workers in the governor's
