To Whom It May Concern,

I am contacting you pursuant to Special Condition #5 on the attached Experimental License WE2XIE (attached).

The Boeing Company is preparing to perform a Low-Level Direct Drive (LLDD) test on an aircraft located at the Everett WA site. The test will be performed within the 40-23 production building and is expected to last approximately 14days. (Non-continuously)

Because the test is performed in a “closed-loop” configuration with no signal modulation, we do not anticipate that our operations pose any risk to existing licensees. (see attached test description) However, if you desire additional information regarding this test, please contact, otherwise I will assume no further action is required.

Thank-you for your cooperation,

Best Regards, Lance
