[SBE16-Seattle] FREE FM TRANSMITTERS

I have two QEI FMQ10,000 FM transmitters.  Both were working when taken out
of service, or had minor issues.  Good for someone's backup or for parts.
They're free to anyone who wants to remove them.  One is in South Montesano,
one is at Holy Cross near Raymond.  That one is easier to off-load and
includes an updated IPA stage.  I also have a spare tube.  If nobody wants
them, they're off to the trash bin.
