[SBE16-Seattle] KZIZ transmitter site in Pacific

Hello SBE 16 members,

I noticed today the former KZIZ AM Pacific, transmitter shack appears to
have been broken into.  The security door and main door are open and off of
the door jam, interior is visible from the road.  Not sure who their
current engineer is, which the reason I’m emailing the group about it.  I
know for a while Terry Denbrook, John (don’t recall his last name) and the
gentleman who owned a movie theatre, had some involvement with keeping it
maintained.  I’ve met a few over the years there when visiting the site.
Anyway, letting you know, in case one or more of you is the person who’s a
good point of contact or knows who is for the site.  The three towers are
gone and the station has been silent for a while.  CP to relocate to the
KMIA site in Auburn, last checked, still in progress.
